March 20, 2010

The Hospice in OKC was just wonderful when Sis and I had to deal with our Mother's decline. Good people.

May God bless your father, you and your family. Home hospice is a comforting and caring thing to do for family members. You will all be in my prayers. Take care, Jerry.

I've not dealt with hospice but know of others who have and it seems they are a great help. Sorry to hear of Dad's decline but I'm sure Mom is waiting impatiently. Probably with a pie.
Best wishes my friend.

Ah, Jerry. If there's anything I can do to help, other than offer up prayers, which are flying up fast and furious, let me know. And give your Dad a kiss on the forehead from me.

I will be thinking about you and the rest of the family in the days ahead. I know this is difficult. I've been through the departure of two siblings recently with the assistance of Hospice. They do a wonderful service at times like this. Dad will never be gone so long as you have all those memories, many that you have shared with us. It seems like he is my family too. May God be with and give you the strength to carry on.

I'm so sorry to hear this, but glad that you have the help of hospice. I'll be keeping your dad and you and your family in my prayers.

Four years ago this week Hospice has everything waiting for us when we brought my Dad home from the hospital. They were good people and helped every way they could. I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. I know how hard it is. Praying for you.

Our thoughts are with you...

Ah, Jerry. Sorry to hear about this. In the e-mail I sent the other day I hit send and then wished I had asked about your dad. I was thinking we hadn't heard much about him lately.
If there is anything we can do - please, let us know.

What everybody else says. Your Dad is getting ready to rejoin your Mom and must be made as comfortable here on Earth for the journey as he possibly can be. Prayers to you.

Sending prayers for you and your family.

Hugs to you and your family... Prayers for you too.

(And I sooooo get it, Jerry. Things are headed that way for my dad too...)

The hospice people are a real blessing. Thinking of you Jerry!

Hospice people are angels on earth...your dad is in good hands. God places them there before changing hands and responsibility over to Him.

My prayers are for you at this time, and for you dad I pray for a peaceful passing.

... hang in there, Jerry.... know that you and your family are in our thoughts.......

We had Hospice for Bonnie in her last months and it was so helpful for Bonnie. It made an unpleasent time for the family a lot more tolerable. Heaven better get ready because he will be trying to reorganize the place. I am 84 and I still have two uncles and an aunt.

It's rough, Jerry. I'll keep you and your dad in my thoughts.
